Beth tries to keep insurance billing simple. She will verify benefits prior to service delivery and then submit to insurance for reimbursement on the family's behalf. She is currently a preferred provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Humana.

As Beth travels to families' homes, she limits her travel radius to within 10 miles of Arlington Heights. This includes communities such as Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, Prospect Heights, Palatine, Buffalo Grove, Rolling Meadows, Des Plaines, and Park Ridge.
Beth has been able to accommodate families who live outside of these areas if they are willing to travel to Arlington Heights.
